The Invisalign treatment is the process of wearing a series of clear, removable plastic aligners that gradually straighten your teeth. The aligners are thin and fit snugly, making them virtually invisible.
Why should I choose Invisalign?
Invisalign’s innovation and research spans over 2 decades, making it the most advanced clear aligner system in the world. Moreover, over 6 million people, including more than 1.4 million teens, have used Invisalign clear aligners to transform their smiles. The flexible plastic aligners are FDA-approved and do not contain BPA, BPS, latex, or gluten.
Why should I choose clear aligners?
Clear aligners are highly preferred by those who wish to set their teeth straight while experiencing minimal disruption to their looks and lifestyles.
It’s Clear — gone are the days of metallic smiles — the aligners are virtually invisible. As your teeth secretly straighten over time, your friends may even think it’s magic!
It’s Convenient — you can eat anything you want! With clear aligners, you have no dietary restrictions, no fears of loosened brackets or broken wires.
It’s Comfortable — no sharp corners that may cause the occasional abrasion to your lips and cheeks.
It’s Clean — the aligners are removable and allow better access to keep your gums and teeth healthy.
How do I kickstart my Invisalign journey?
Call us to arrange for a personal consultation to find out if Invisalign is suitable for you. During the consultation, we will conduct a complete analysis of your facial profile, malocclusion, and teeth condition using X-ray. We will then create a customised digital treatment plan using the ClinCheck® software, which provides a 3-D simulation of the tooth movements planned in your treatment.
On your next visit, we will add small tooth-coloured attachments to your teeth. These attachments act as “handles” to help the aligners get a better grip on your teeth, gradually pushing them into their correct positions. Your first aligner will be inserted and we will guide you to put on and remove the aligners.
For best results, aligners should be worn 20 — 22 hours a day and a new aligner should be used every 7 — 10 days. We will check on your smile progress every 6 — 8 weeks to ensure a smooth aligning journey!
Additional aligners may be required to tweak the final tooth positions. Once treatment is completed, you will be given a set of retainers to maintain your beautiful smile!
