Dr Grace Chong Wei Shan

Dr Grace Chong obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2019 from the Faculty of Dentistry, National University of Singapore and went on to serve in the public healthcare sector for four years. 

Following her graduation, she served as a Dental Officer in National Health Group Polyclinics (NHGP) and National Dental Centre Singapore (NDCS). Dr Grace managed patients of various ages and backgrounds during her time in public healthcare. She had the opportunity to be rotated to various specialty departments such as Geriatric and Special Needs, Periodontics, Prosthodontics and Endodontics in NDCS. For her service, she was awarded the NDCS Smile Awards and Singapore Health Quality Service Awards.

Dr Grace’s clinical experience has allowed her to hone skills to confidently manage a wide variety of dental conditions ranging from providing routine dental care to those requiring advanced dental treatment such as fixed prosthodontics, root canal treatment, and minor oral surgeries.

A firm believer in preventive dentistry and holistic management, Dr Grace is committed to providing ethical, quality care to all her patients. She also hopes that their visits to the dentist will be pleasant, safe and stress-free. To ensure her patients receive the most appropriate care needed, she continues to keep her knowledge and skills updated by regularly attending relevant dental workshops and conferences to keep abreast with the latest developments that will contribute to evidence-informed patient care. 

When she is not at work, Dr Grace will likely be on the mat practising yoga. She also values time at home with her loved ones, reading and listening to music.
